Wheat bran is ripped with natural goodness and aids in digestion, lowers the risk for diabetes and helps in weight loss. It is the best form of dietary fibre and is rich in protein, so dietitians stress on the need for protein and fiber in our diet.

Recipe Servings: 4 nos.

Ingredients:

• P Mark Wheat Flour 4 Tbsp
• P Mark Wheat Bran 4 Tbsp
• Warm water as needed
• Salt as per taste (Optional)

Method:

Step 1

Mix the wheat flour and wheat bran along with warm water. Knead into a soft dough and set aside.

Step 2

Heat the griddle/tawa. Divide the dough into small balls. Dust some dry P Mark aata on the surface and roll them into thin circle (roti) with the help of a rolling pin.

Step 3:

Gently place the dough circle on the hot griddle. Cook on both sides. Serve it with the curry, dal or vegetable of your choice.
