Ingredients
- P Mark Dalia (Broken wheat /lapsi) 2 cups
- Green peas ½ cup
- Carrot chopped ½ cup
- French Beans chopped ½ cup
- Oil 2 tablespoons
- Onion chopped 2 medium
- Ginger-garlic paste 2 teaspoon
- coriander leaves chopped for garnish
- Salt to taste
- Tomato chopped 1/2 medium
- Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
Method
Step 1
Boil P Mark Dalia, and vegetables in three cups of water. Cook till done. Remove and set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil in a non stick pan, sauté the onions till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for two minutes.
Step 3
Add the boiled vegetables and broken wheat mixture. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
Step 4
Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves, tomato, red chilli powder and garam masala.
